Shipping and returns
Where can I have my order delivered?
Your order can be delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, etc). Post office boxes are not valid shipping addresses.
Can the order be delivered in a country which is not the country of purchase?
Delivery must be made in the country of purchase.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders take approximately 24 hours to leave our warehouses. Delivery time must be added at that point.
Within the Iberian Peninsula, delivery time can vary from 24-48 hours (workdays). All orders will be delivered before 7pm.
For the following countries, delivery time is approximately 3-4 working days after the order leaves the factory:
Zone 1: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Switzerland.
Zone 2: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, the Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden.
It is very important that you provide us with up-to-date contact information so that the transport company can contact you if necessary.
How much are shipping fees?
Shipping is free throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
For orders equal to or greater than €300 (except for special promotions) shipping is free in Zones 1 and 2.
The following shipping fees will be applied depending on the country of destination when the total order is less than €300:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Switzerland. Shipping fees €15.
Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, the Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden. Shipping fees €20.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse and,
if necessary, the transport company will contact you to inform you of delivery.
How can I return an item?
To request an online return with pick-up at your address, send an e-mail to email@example.com specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email), a pick-up address and the details of the items you want to return.
After verifying the data, we will send a transport company within 72 hours (whenever possible).
The transport company will contact you to arrange pick-up.
If you prefer, you can send the package with the return yourself.
What is the return deadline?
You have 14 business days from the receipt of your order to request a refund and thus the refund of your purchase. Returned products must retain their original condition, complete packaging (canvas bag, box and/or paper bag, etc.) and must be new, unused, undamaged and unwashed.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
The online store assumes return shipping costs as long as the same transport company provided by the store is used. If you decide to use another courier service, all expenses incurred will be at your expense and the company will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the returned item.
If you want to exchange your item for another you will incur the expenses of the new shipment. (See “How much are shipping fees?”)
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount via the same method with which you made your purchase (PayPal, card or transfer).
How long will my refund take?
After approving the return we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (same payment method you used for purchase) within several days. Remember that credit card returns always depend on your bank’s policies.
What happens if a return is rejected?
It is very important to know that the items being returned must maintain their original condition and quantity.
Chiara Bags BCN reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items which are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
